EPCglobal Complaints Procedure
At EPCglobal we are committed to providing a first class service to all our customers. However, there may be
occasions when you are not happy with the service you have received.
What to do if you have any queries, feedback or complaints:
In the first instance, please speak to the member of the EPCglobal team who dealt with the matter that you are
concerned about.
If they are not available, or you would prefer to approach someone else you can ask for their relevant line
manager. Alternatively, you can contact our Support Services Team, who will ensure that the issue is
investigated.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working day of receipt and our investigation
findings will be reported back to you within 5 working days. Should further investigation be required, we
will confirm with you when you can expect to receive a full response.
